Located on the second floor, this end unit condo features a desirable split-bedroom layout that provides added privacy. The guest bedroom with two twin beds and full bathroom are located at the front of the unit, while the spacious primary bedroom featuring a king bed and a private bathroom is tucked away at the back.
Enjoy indoor-outdoor living with an oversized screened-in balcony accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom. The perfect spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or relaxing after a fun day at the parks.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts brand-new stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops, along with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a Keurig coffee maker. There was an unused smell that was a little musky. Upon arrival, the shower in the second bedroom is not working properly, the toilet in the main bathroom was not working well, and perhaps considered larger print, expressing the stairs for seniors and disabled. However, the host was very responsive when I called with questions.
