Clean and very comfortable! Small issues that could be addressed are the shower taps and faucets, and a little better equipped kitchen. Needs a bigger frying pan and a can opener. We did buy a few things . Owner did replace broken toaster for us quickly so that was great.

Location fantastic, condo just needs to be updated. If you rent bring cooking supplies. No large frying pan, no cookie sheets, 3 wine glasses, very little forks, knives, and spoons. We did love the condo and it's location. If they would update the place it would be a five.

Definitely wasn’t as remodeled as lead to believed
Dryer took 3/4 cycles to dry your clothing washer had rust in it.
Mold in the shower.
New flooring and newer appliances, decent living room furniture.
Very friendly host and accommodating but won’t be returning.
