A Large Bedroom.
The GARDEN is composed of many species of trees (laurels, flowers, olive trees, cypresses, eucalyptus, fig trees, orange trees etc.). Large TERRACES surround the property: each room on the first floor (except for one bedroom) has access to the terrace.

A rental contract must be signed and returned with a deposit of €3,000 (uncashed cheque or bank transfer 8 days before arrival).
HOLIDAY INSURANCE (free of charge issued by your home insurance) must be sent with the signed contract.
The house is equipped with air conditioning; a cheque for €500 will be requested for any electricity consumption exceeding the usual flat rate for measured and ecological use (daily reading by EDF available)PGJyPg
End of stay CLEANING service €160 to be paid directly to the cleaning lady.
On request, possibility of RENTING HOUSEHOLD LINEN (sheets: €16/bed and towels: €6.50/person) to be paid directly to the cleaning lady.
