About this house rental
Welcome to a modern villa (built in 2013), set on the Route des Lavandières, which leads to the old village of Bormes-les-Mimosas. Here, the sun is your first guest: the pool basks in it all day long, with water at a pleasant 30 to 32°C from April to October. Heated on request, it can even be used from March onwards if the weather allows.
When it comes to comfort, nothing is missing. There are four large bedrooms (over 15 m²), including two master suites with private bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen and living area, perfect for lounging around or for gathering everyone around the table.
Three large tables give you the choice of where to enjoy your meals: indoors, on the living room terrace, or right by the water in the summer kitchen, which is equipped with a sink, dishwasher, fridge and electric Weber barbecue. The very quiet ducted air conditioning, concealed in the false ceilings, lets you nap in the cool and sleep peacefully at night, even in the heart of a heatwave.
The sea is close at hand: Cabasson and L'Estagnol beaches are a 10-minute drive away, while Saint-Clair and Cavalière are just a few kilometres from the villa. All shops are within 2 km, and Le Lavandou, with its boutiques and Provençal markets, is only a few minutes away by car. You are perfectly placed to enjoy the finest beaches of the Var and the Côte d'Azur.
Everything has also been designed for your comfort. The villa is built on terraces (restanques), with the parking area on the roof, shaded by a pergola. Your cars stay cool, and a central staircase or a lift (installed in 2023) takes you to the entrance, luggage in hand and without effort.
Fancy a day out at sea? Thanks to our partnership with the boat rental agency "Sur la Vague" in Le Lavandou, we can book a Renier R9 rigid inflatable boat for you in advance, with or without a skipper, from €1,100 per day (fuel not included). Just ask us, and we will take care of the rest.

We spent a relaxed week in the Villa with two families . The Villa was well equipped with everything, Polishing of some Details would be good, we advised Details at the Concierge. The Pool is beautiful! Nice view from the Terrace direction to the see. The BBQ is small for 7 people, therefore we brought our own. The cushions are defect.

As a family of 4 we have rented this villa for 2 weeks. We had a wonderful time and were extremely impressed about how clean and technically updated the place is. Everything is very well maintained and in case of questions there is a caretaker to help out. We loved the view and also the salt water pool!!! Even if we did not use it, the outside kitchen is to mention as a big advantage too.
The location of the villa is perfect. Within a few minutes you are in Le Lavandou or Bormes and at the beaches. Shopping is also very close by. What else do you wish?!
We are planning to come back and thank Roberto and his staff for the friendly uncomplicated process of the rental.
