Above Auffach 1.8 km from the centre of Auffach, 6 km from the centre of Oberau, 17 km from the centre of Wörgl, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the edge of the forest, 100 m from the skiing area. Private: terrace. In the house: restaurant, breakfast room, lounge, WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. 2 km long motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Supermarket 1.8 km, restaurant 1.8 km, bar 1.8 km, bus stop "Auffach Holzmuseum" 1.9 km, railway station "Wörgl Hauptbahnhof" 16.9 km, outdoor swimming pool 7 km.
