First floor: Living room with tiled stove, open access to the kitchen. Electric stove with 4 ceramic burners, oven, wood-burning stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster. Corner bench with table and 3 chairs. Access to the bedrooms and bathroom via a shared wooden staircase in the hallway leading to the first floor. Long-term tenants occupy the other half of the house. Shared hallway.
On the first floor, there is 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. Shower/toilet, accessible via a narrow wooden staircase in the stairwell.

The vacation town of Niederau, with a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, and bars, as well as a mountain railway and cross-country ski trail, is approximately 1.5 km away. The Wildschönau outdoor pool, with a sunbathing lawn and playground, is 3.5 km away. The absolute and newest highlight is the spectacular new Alpin Coaster at the Drachental Adventure Park in the town of Oberau, 1.5 km away. Riding the coaster sled, you’ll descend up to 1,355 meters through numerous curves and drops of up to 25 meters down into the valley. A fantastic experience for the whole family.
