Magnificent Piedra model located inside the gates of Mira Vista on the Championship Gary Player signature course with fabulous lake, fairway, and mountain views. This home features a great room concept with an open floor plan, 16 ft. ceilings, and great separation of bedrooms with the Primary suite and attached 1 bath Casita on the opposite side of the guest bedrooms. It has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms (including the attached Casita) and nearly 3,300 Sq Ft of living space. Enjoy incredible views from the primary bedroom, formal dining room, and gourmet kitchen plus the fabulous private pool and spa.
Guest Access:
Check-In/Check-Out. Your Check-in and Check-out times are set forth in your Reservation Agreement. You understand and agree that if you stay past the agreed check-out time, Company has the right under state law, and you will be assessed $100/hour charge if you are found to be in the home before Check-in time or after Check-out time. Due to local regulations, guests in some regions are required to check-in at one of our local offices.

Known for its peaceful setting and beautifully maintained surroundings, the neighborhood features spacious properties and resort-style living just minutes from shopping, dining, and golf in the heart of the Coachella Valley. A short 10-minute drive brings you to a variety of shopping and dining options, from high-end boutiques to charming local eateries. The property is within a 5 minute drive to The Agua Caliente Casino and Spa and 10 minutes from various shopping and restaurants.

30 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED
Pool and Spa Heating- ADDON Optional pool and spa heating is available for an additional $80 per night. We recommend adding this service between October and May to ensure the water temperature is comfortable during your stay. If you would like to include pool heat, please notify us at least 72 hours before your arrival, as some pools may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature of 86 degrees.
Monthly Stays & Utility Deposit For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility deposit of $1,500 per month is required. This includes a monthly gas and electric usage allowance of $200. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded following check-out based on actual usage.
Per local ordinance, all guests are presented with a local Good Neighbor Policies to abide by during their stay. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation.
Interaction with Guests:
You will check in at our office in Palm Desert where you will be given keys and remotes.
