Accommodating up to 23 guests across three separate buildings, the entire estate is reserved exclusively for your group.

Gather in the Grand Salon with panoramic lake views, share meals as a family, and unwind by the private pool and hot tub. The estate also features a spacious waterfront deck, fire pit, Sonos sound system, and a private pier for fishing, swimming, and enjoying Clear Lake sunsets.

• Bedroom 4 – Carriage House: Queen bed, 1 double, 1 bunk bed, private ensuite with walk-in shower
• Bedroom 5 – Bunk Room (upstairs): 3 bunk beds — great for kids or the late-night crew
• Washer + dryer in laundry room behind the kitchen

• Bedroom 5: Two full beds, shared bathroom with bathtub
