About this house rental
The vacation home has 80 square meters of living space (furnished for 4 people).
The property is fully fenced (1 meter high). The garden gates are lockable.
Amenities: Cozy living room with a view of the garden, fireplace, LED TV with many German channels, internet radio, Wi-Fi.
Cozy dining area with a view of the dunes, kitchen with a compact oven (with built-in microwave) and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
An infrared sauna on the first floor (for 2–3 people) provides cozy warmth even during the cold season.
2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, each with a double bed (180x200).
Storage room with washer and dryer.
A travel crib (with an additional travel crib mattress), a high chair, and a bed rail are available to our guests free of charge.
On the upper floor, at the stairs in front of the bedrooms, there is a stair gate.
Patio with comfortable patio furniture (Easter through October) and a charcoal grill.
Beach chairs and beach toys are welcome to be used but are not included in the contract.
For the kids: adventure water playground, mini-golf course, bowling, soccer field, basketball, ping-pong table, and much more
Go-karts and bicycles available for rent for a fee.
Restaurant (bread roll service) in the park.
The park is well protected by a gate and a surrounding fence, so children can move around freely within the park.
We do not rent to minors.
Minimum age: 25 years.
