About this house rental
2012 completely renovated and modernized holiday home with approx. 84 sqm on approx. 360 sqm plot for 4-5 people with two seats in the garden. A private parking space is located on the property.
The house is located on the edge of a quiet side street within a beautifully grown area: close to the entrance and to the dunes and the beach.
In the living area, which is kept in a modern country style, there is a fireplace, which also turns the winter months into a cozy experience. In addition to modern central heating, the ground floor has underfloor heating. Leather sofa, flat-screen TV (Smart TV with internet access) and BluRay / DVD / CD player with many German and Dutch channels (some with HD) and free Internet (DSL 50,000) as WLAN, additional landline phone in the house, subject to charge.
The dining area has a hatch to the separate kitchen with 4-burner gas stove and various electrical appliances: oven, grill, microwave, toaster, blender, refrigerator, dishwasher, senseo, coffee machine, kettle, iron etc.. Heated conservatory with a cozy seat. The house has 2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds, mattresses every 200 x 90cm. Bathroom downstairs with a large floor-level shower (a hair dryer in the closet), next to it a separate room with toilet, above an additional toilet with sink. In the extension washing machine, dryer, ironing board, high chair and travel cot, in the garden shed 2 bicycles (Holland bikes), grill and handcart.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt und hat einen schönen Wintergarten, der bei schönem Wetter auch an zwei Seiten geöffnet werden kann. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass man sich wunderbar selbst versorgen kann. Wir haben uns jedenfalls dort sehr wohlgefühlt.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den Dünen und dem Strand. Die Kommunikation mit Familien Kramarz verlief bestens. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

... und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit allem, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt braucht. Ausserdem ein "verwunschener" schön eingewachsener Garten, der das Haus im Sommer nochmal mehr aufwertet. Jetzt im Dezember konnten wir ihn natürlich leider nicht nutzen.
Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter und unkomplizierte Abwicklung der An- und Abreise :-)
