-Ground floor is garage, elevator and pool access
-2nd floor has 4 guest bedrooms
Bedroom 2- Spacious king sized bed and ensuite, ocean views
Bedroom 3- Spacious king sized bed and ensuite
Bedroom 4- Queen bed + ensuite
Bedroom 5- 2 sets of bunk beds and ocean view & ensuite
-3rd floor is the primary living space with kitchen, dining , living room and half bath
-4th floor is the primary suite, king bed & ensuite, private balcony and ocean views
You will be able to walk to many local shops, restaurants and bars. There are several local cab companies and a large array of Uber & Lyft drivers to get you anywhere you need to go
This property does not allow pets. Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
If off-season pool heating is requested there is an additional charge of $550
Parking for 2 (1 in garage and 1 outside) overflow parking in spot Palm 7
