WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

-The private pool can be heated at no expense to the guest!
-Property has outdoor security cameras.
-Fireplace is for decoration only!

We had a great family weekend at Happy Ours! The location and views were incredible! Lots of space for our large family to gather and relax as well as enjoy meals together. Only downer was that the previous renter didn’t take out their very smelly fishy trash so the place smelled terrible until we discovered it and removed it. The host was very accommodating with sending someone out to help freshen the space and get rid of the smell.

The house is incredible, two types of grills and a heated pool on the beach. Not much more you could ask for. The only thing that can be difficult to manage is the limited amount of parking, and having to move cars around. So make sure to carpool, your not going to want to leave anyway!

This house is stunning and just so prepared for visitors. The views, the super quick access to the beach, the layout, everything!
The house had plenty of pots, pans, plates, utensils, everything. The appliances are all high end. There is a double outdoor shower which was an amazing surprise!
Was a bit disappointed that the pool wasn’t ready as originally promised and that we were living in an active construction zone (probably pretty unsafe). BUT the views and the decks on the house made up for everything.
Once the pool is completed I would go back in a heartbeat.
One warning for future renters: they do not have a propane grill. It’s a propane flat top. That completely messed up our dinners. We ended up having to cook most meals in the kitchen which stunk.
