This unit has everything you need to make your tropical vacation a peaceful and relaxing one! With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this unit can sleep up to six guests comfortably.

If you’re not enjoying a day out on the famous white beaches of Captiva, go enjoy a dip in the community pool, picnic with the family at the community BBQ grills, or bike around the beautiful island!
*While Marina Villa 806 is located near the gates of South Seas Island Resort, the Marina Villas are a separate association within the resort. That means you won't have to pay a resort fee.! While you won't get resort amenity access, you will have access to our association amenities including the shared heated pool, tennis courts, propane BBQ grills, and award-winning Captiva Island beaches!
