Beach Villa 2005 is a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo that offers all the comforts of home and everything you would expect in a dream vacation. Enjoy relaxing in your screened lanai and the views of the tropical landscaping and the Gulf of Mexico. Sit back and relax in the morning with your cup of coffee or in the evening watching the sunsets and dolphins play!! Pack your bathing suits and come relax in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The new owners of this beautiful vacation rental condominium have taken the property to the next level with all-new furniture, TVs, appliances, paint, and more. The spacious master bedroom suite has a comfortable king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed, a flat panel TV, and a full bathroom just down the hallway. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The community pool is just steps away, along with BBQ and tennis. *Please note that the unit is up one flight of steps, and there is no elevator in this building. Have additional guests? We also own 2111, the next building over, which can accommodate up to six additional guests.

Important Note:

The hotel pool and restaurants located in the very back of the resort are for hotel/resort guests only. This condo is individually owned. There is a pool and, of course, the beach located right in front of the condo for your use. You will also have access to the association tennis court, BBQ grills, and the beach. There are several restaurants just outside the gates of the resort available to you, and you are saving over 50% from resort rates. Private Management
This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level.

Beach Gear
Beach chairs and umbrellas are not included. Instead, your stay includes a VayKLife credit for beach essentials such as chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more. Delivery is included. On-site availability cannot be guaranteed. Your booking confirmation includes a link to redeem your credit.

Construction & Maintenance
Currently, there are no ongoing repairs or construction within the Resort. Should any occur during your stay, refunds will not be issued for disruptions caused by maintenance or repairs beyond our control.

Storm Impacts
Due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton, access to some amenities may be limited during your stay.

Pool Closure: 
The pool will be closed starting January 5, 2026.  This closure is expected to last one (1) month.
