Room was very beautiful and clean. Had air con, tv, kitchen had all the necessary utensils and bar fridge . Overall I’m happy, I enjoyed my stay. Exceptional settings. Host is very friendly,, was getting lost and he came to meet me along the way to take me to the property 🙏

1. Was glad when Owner allowed me to check-in two to three hour earlier, as I was transferring from other venue. 2. Place next to the highway 3. A fully furnished mini self-contained house, as advertised seen on the pictures 4. Owner sounded like a very "nice guy", a family man and very professional 5. Place was still under construction, but the completed section was very immaculate This will be my first preference venue next time I am in PMB

1. Power cut/loadshedding from 4pm(immediately after the "host" knocked off and left the premises) until around 8/9pm. No one was available to tell me what was going on 2. No Wifi, or nonexistent Wifi signal in the room I occupied, but was very excellent on the adjacent rooms 3. Was bit chilly, but that had nothing to do with the owners, as there were two extra blankets on the wardrobe 4. Though it was not an issue at the time, I forsee a shortage of parking space considering number of rooms that were being added to on the property 5. A hostess could do with a bit of training. I was not oriantated about the property.

the place is very neat and queit, the owner is friendly, we really enjoyed our stay and wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately it was already booked.
