Superbe studio porte saint Martin

pertinho do metro e após atravessar a porta vermelha sentiamo-nos seguras, deixaram café o que foi muito simpático, o wifi tambem funcionava bem, apesar de não ter ar condicionado consideramos que era bastante fresco.

Para 2 raparigas não sinto que seja um lugar muito seguro na rua principal onde sai o metro, acabavamos por nos sentir mais seguras a passar na rua do lado e quando passava mais turistas mas de noite era sempre um pouco mais complicado, tambem se ouvia barulhos altos pareciam festejos mas não conseguimos precisar se era dentro do alojamento em si ou na parte de fora.

Très bon emplacement, à 3 pas de la gare de l'Est et du métro. Situé en plein centre ville mais appartement donnant sur une jolie cours intérieure, fleurie et calme. Très apprécié, pendant la canicule, le ventilateur 10 vitesses, silencieux.

This is a hidden gem! From the check-in process to facilities, location, and amenities. It may look like a small unit, but with the lower level, there is a shower, and you have almost everything you need there to enjoy- equipped kitchenette, toilet and shower, hair dryer, iron and iron board. I stayed during the heatwave, and the room was fortunately quite cool, as it is in a courtyard (less direct sunlight) on the ground floor and insulated. It seems to be originally a wine cellar, so when you go downstairs, the temperature is degrees cooler ❄️ making it very easy to stay. The location is prime, near major train stations (which was the reason I chose it), and surrounded by a wide variety of food choices. While it is in a busy area, the room itself was quiet, and you don't hear the noise of the city. It is a self check-in, which was very easy to follow the instructions, and was available when I arrived earlier than I planned. The facilities seem well managed, as well as with special instructions (wash your dishes after finishing, and a dehumidifier downstairs).

The only thing that was a mild inconvenience is you can hear the other tenants walking up or down the stairs, but that is the building, not the room. It wasn't a major inconvenience unless you prefer absolute silence
