Kokonainen vanha omakotitalo erittäin kätevällä sijainnilla Senjan saareen tutustumiseen kannalta. Toisin kuin Senjan pikkukylissä, Finnsnesissä on useita eri ruokapaikkoja ja kauppoja. Talossa on tilaa ja mukavan persoonallinen merihenkinen sisustus. Auton saa ajettua suoraan pihaan, ja terassilta on kivat näkymät merelle sekä vuoristoon. Yhteydenpito majapaikan pitäjiin toimii, ja avaimet ovat kätevästi laatikossa oven lähellä. Hinta–laatusuhde on tässä majapaikassa oikein hyvä.
Talon aika mummolamainen ilme voi olla miinus, jos kaipaa jotain modernia. Pyykinpesukone toimii melko huonosti, vaatteita sai erikseen lingota useamman kerran, että edes jotenkin kuivuivat telineeseen laitettaviksi.
