Fantastic location, clear and easy instructions for accessing the property. The bedroom is very nice and bed very comfortable.
The bathroom is sub standard for a flat being marketed as a luxury property and needs renovating. The floor wasn't very clean and items were missing (bath mat and soap, no plug in the wash basin, toilet seat loose) - I complained about the first two and the company to be fair to them responded pretty quickly and sent someone round to clean the bathroom and bring a bath mat and soap (an oversight apparently). However the overall feeling is still that it is not up to par.
