The two bedrooms are havens of tranquillity, each offering a double bed and large windows that fill the space with natural light. One room boasts a desk, perfect for work or study. The stylish bathroom features a bathtub with a shower, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring London. A separate utility space includes a washer, making laundry hassle-free during your stay.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Nestled in the vibrant Maida Vale neighbourhood, this location offers a pleasant mix of local charm and city convenience. Enjoy nearby cafes, charming streets, and the picturesque Little Venice canals, perfect for a leisurely stroll or a canal-side coffee.

Getting around is a breeze with Warwick Avenue and Maida Vale tube stations nearby, connecting you to the Bakerloo Line for easy access to Central London. Several bus routes also serve the area, making it simple to explore all that London has to offer.

This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
