Boho Lux Tropical Retreat Designer Villas by Velora Bingin

We had an amazing stay at Villas by Velora. From day one, Rey went above and beyond. He searched everywhere and managed to arrange a Yamaha XMax for us immediately, which made getting around so much easier. Steph and Jason were incredible hosts. Warm, professional, and genuinely involved. The check-in felt personal and relaxed. We were even able to store our luggage several days earlier while we traveled to the Gili Islands and Lombok, which helped us a lot. During our stay, there were still some finishing touches being completed in other villas. Jason and Steph handled this very professionally and were always considerate of our privacy. They informed us clearly about everything, even when we were not in the villa. The reception team made us feel welcome every single day. Always a friendly chat when we arrived or left. It felt personal and caring, not just service. We highly recommend staying here. Steph, Jason, the management team, and everyone involved with Velora are fantastic and truly hospitable. A top-tier experience. Strongly recommended.
