Localização muito boa. Super limpinho.
Toalhas encardidas, a de rosto achei que era tapetinho de banheiro. Sala não tem conforto nenhum. E mantas pequenas e finas Para o frio da cidade.

O Apto é bom, estrutura um pouco antiga, mas boa. No hall tem um mercadinho, que é muito útil, com vários alimentos rápidos e ajuda muito em horários a noite principalmente. O espaço é bom, para até 4 pessoas, tranquilamente cabe.
Limpeza péssima, bwc cheirando a xixi, com vazamento na descarga, formigas por todos os lados. Estava tudo organizado, aparentemente, para receber o cliente, mas a HR que vai usar o local é que se vê que não foi feita a limpeza devidamente.
