Muito bem localizado, proximo de supermercados, restaurantes, proximo a vila germânica, consegue ir a pé. O check-in é fácil rápido. Estacionamento fácil na frente do prédio.e boa garagem interna. Academia bem equipada, a piscina e lavanderia são muito boas. Sem barulho, com boa acústica. A anfitriã Janaina sempre muito prestativa e atenciosa. Tem boa climatização e o chuveiro funciona bem. Cozinha bem equipada.
