Good location, friendly staff and budget friendly. Close to attractions, food and convenient store
Hotel have elevator so that was very convenient. Rooms are average size but amenities are readily available either in the room or upon request.
Only thing is, try and request room towards the back of the building as the front is facing main road and it tends to get noisy late into the night.
But for the price you pay in JB, this hotel certainly worth it

I stayed at Angsana Hotel in Room *** for 3 days and 2 nights. According to the receptionist, the hotel was fully booked and this was the last available room. I had booked my stay online.
Unfortunately, I could hardly sleep during my stay because the room faced the main road and there was constant traffic noise throughout the day and night. The hotel seriously needs to improve its window soundproofing. Poor soundproofing is a common issue mentioned in hotel reviews and can greatly affect guests' rest.
In addition, the sink pipe was loose, and the ceiling was not clean and appeared poorly maintained. Overall, the room condition did not meet my expectations.
After spending two nights with very little sleep, I cannot recommend this room, especially for women or light sleepers who value a quiet and comfortable stay.
I hope the hotel management will address these maintenance and soundproofing issues to improve the guest experience.
