Amazing location that was close to everything with a costa coffee nearby, the view from the balcony did not disappoint at all, everything was available inside including tea, coffee, kettle, soap... Host was very communicative and friendly.
Elevator was a bit scary but that's kinda part of the experience 😅. There is a deposit to be paid but ig thats a normal thing. Nothing else was bad!

Note, we ended up staying in one of the company’s other apartments in the same building as there was a problem with the heating in the one advertised, but layout looks very similar from the photos. A very pleasant company to deal with, especially Asim who welcomed us to the apartment. Fantastic location with balcony overlooking the Caspian Sea.
The kitchen could perhaps have been better equipped (more cutlery/ pans, oven, toaster, etc). Not a big deal for us but people may struggle if entirely self-catering.

Эти аппараты- это огромная квартира в самом удачном районе Баку. Мы ходили везде пешком, все, что хотели посмотреть, в шаговой доступности. Часть окон и 2 балкона выходят на набережную и море. Другие окна и еще 3 балкон - на старый город. Звукоизоляция отличная, как будто нет других людей в доме. В квартире чисто. Очень приветливый и предупредительный хозяин Руслан!
Своеобразный подъезд и лифт, но это особенность таких домов.

Изумительное местоположение, все желаемое в шаговой доступности, чисто, постельное белье, матрасы, одеяла и подушки удобные, Руслан очень вежливый и внимательный к просьбам.
Wi fi слабый сигнал, с местной симкой дела пошли в гору
