We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The accommodation is modern, well-equipped, enough place, and located in a great area. Building has a new, modern elevator that made access very convenient. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again in the future!

We stayed at Old City Nizami apartment for 3 nights. We had a great experience thanks to the host, who took us from the airport and arranged an excursion to Gobustan and transfer to another hotel near the Caspian Sea. The location of the apartment is excellent - close to the old city. It is spacious, clean and cosy. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. There are supermarkets nearby.

Great location. Silent nice neighborhood. Big apartment. Running washer and fridge. Free WiFi. Great price.
Old and worn out. Serious plumbing and odor issues. Water pressure is horrible in the building. Can hardly take showers. No working TV. Bad habits die hard, seriously flawed approach to issues by the owner/caretaker in the apartment, asking guests to pay for something like a hardly working bathroom faucet handle. Seriously? There is always a first.
