Dejan las llaves en una taquilla y te cobra un extra por llegar por la noche. NO lo entiendo. Si dejan las llaves no debería importar la hora, creo. NO me gustó. Tres pisos y sin ascensor y las escaleras para acceder al baño muy inclinadas, depende de que persona creo no podría acceder. Un poco peligroso.

smells stale, gets really hot in the bathroom due to it being in the attic floor. no tea or coffee provided. the beam next to the toilet was a bit annoying haha.

Despite having a very good location in the city, being a very clean and nice place indeed, and the host being very kind - the description is not quite accurate, and the pictures attached suggest something different from the reality.

Not everything is located on the same level. In fact the bathroom is located one floor above, in the attic, with an access through a very high, steep and narrow wooden stairs - 17 stairs of 32 cm high each. See the picture from the above. You would not want to walk it up and down several times a day and night. There is no handrail on the upper half of the stairs, making going up and down risky. The "door" to the bathroom is located in the floor of the attic and is very heavy, closing with a very loud sound (imagine at night). The bathtub is in fact half the regular length, and is very high, difficult to enter, and then you need to squat in it while washing, very difficult. After using it, plenty of dirty water remains in it, it does not flow away. The shower head bracket is poorly located; if you place the shower head on it during a shower, the water hits the wall and floods the wooden floor of the bathroom, which becomes the object of arguments with the owner. Maybe that was the norm in the 19th century, not now. A shower cabin would do better fo all reasons. The toilet is positioned centrally, directly under a sloping beam, so, if you are more than 170 cm tall, you have to be very careful not to bump your head when standing up - even though there is about 80 cm of free space to the left of the toilet, where it could be safely located. The heat in the summer is unbearable in the bathroom. The rooms are huge and empty; they are practically begging for a bedside table next to the sofa, a chair, and a small wardrobe (there is plenty of space for it, for example under the stairs or in the corner by the window). The apartment is located on the third floor (Central European style) of an old building with very high floors, no lift, so you have to walk up (and then down) with your luggage six flights of stairs 12 steps each.
