Overall, the stay was quite disappointing and I would rate it somewhere between 5 and 6 out of 10. Although the place seems fairly new, it was not properly clean and soap/shampoo, etc wasn't refilled. There was a constant unpleasant sewage smell throughout the apartment, and there were damp, musty spots in the room which made the stay uncomfortable. A major issue was safety: the terrace door could not be locked. I tried multiple times to contact the host (which is already difficult since you have to get past chatbots first), but apart from an apology, nothing was done to fix the problem. Considering that you want to feel secure during your stay, this is simply not acceptable. There were also other issues, such as the gym door code not working. The support team/operator did not resolve this either and just kept sending new codes that didn’t work. Overall, it felt like nobody really cared whether guests had a good experience or not. The furnishings are quite cheap and not very well thought out—many items seem like they could break after minimal use. My friend who stayed in the other room next door had the same experience. In summary, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
