The property was very clean and certainly had everything we needed. Beautiful neighborhood.
When I booked the property, it clearly stated included a brand new golf cart. Just a few weeks before we arrived, I received a message stating golf cart no longer included with the property which we already paid for. Well, the golf cart supposedly had a malfunction not worth repairing…to me the right thing to do was to place a rental/ or replacement golf cart at no charge to myself since the booking included a golf cart. When mentioned this to them, the management company/owners stated that I could rent a golf cart/ pick it up/ drop it back off at my expense… Humm.. it was already paid for so I thought? When I attempted to even find a golf cart for 2/3 days nothing available except large carts at another expense totaling over another $150.00… this was only a 3 day trip. No compensation made at all .. not even an offer to receive guest passes to utilize the amenities. Sooo this was disappointing.
