Welcome to this enchanting home near Eastport in The Villages. This professionally landscaped designer retreat on a quiet cul-de-sac features plenty of room with 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, perfect for a family of six or group of friends.
The open kitchen, dining and pool deck areas are bulit for entertaining. And yes, chef, there is a covered Blackstone Pavillion, outdoor dining table and patio set with firepit adjacent to the pool!
The two bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials you need, including towels, bed linens, toiletries, and hair dryer. The primary bath features double sinks and a luxurious oversized walk-in shower. The full sized guest bath features a tub/shower combination.
Our serene poolside property will help you feel at home while you're traveling in central Florida. We are located 10-15 minutes from the closest entertainment complex and only 50 minutes from the Orlando International Airport.
If you love golf, this is the home for you! Several executive nine hole courses and two eighteen hole championship courses with public dining areas are within a 5-10 minute ride. There are two golf cart rental shops nearby.
The Shady Brook neighborhood features the newest dining/entertainment options within a short car or golf cart ride- two community pools and a dog-themed recreation center with indoor/outdoor activities and plenty of court space. All withing walking or biking distance (two bikes and resident ID cards will be available for use during your stay). Dining and shopping venues are easily accessible in nearby Middleton, Sawgrass Grove, Brownwood, and opening soon- Eastport!

This is a beautiful, new home. It was stocked and appointed with everything we could have wanted for a wonderful stay. The owners are very easy to work with and provided a very detailed guide to the home and area. Having a heated pool in January was most welcome. Would highly recommend.
