Location was very convenient. Room was decent and suitable for a family with basic amenities provided. Breakfast variety was limited but decent.
The location is on a pedestrian-only street, which would’ve been helpful to know before booking. The bathroom in the room had an unusual sewage smell which made it unpleasant. Lack of elevators made it difficult to carry the baggage upstairs and for elderly travelers staying on higher floors.

Toilet was slight smelly. There is no lift but I was told by the staff that they are not permitted by the authorities to install .

Friendly, helpfull staff. Clean and comfortable bed and rooms. Excellent location on a beautiful walking road in the middle of the center. Close to all the shope restaurant and cafes, cant get better than this. And the price is excellent. We would always come back here again.

Staff were very helpful and took the luggage up the stairs, room was huge and very clean. Tea/coffee and water was provided. Breakfast was good too. Location is excellent, just in the corner from Nizami street
There is no lift, it may be hard if you have mobility issue and your on the second floor. But we had no issues with that.
