    This hotel was extremely disappointing and not worth staying at. I booked a room for five nights and invited a friend over for less than an hour to share some food in my room, which I had already paid for. The hotel staff informed me that I would have to pay extra simply because my friend was in the room, despite him not staying overnight. This felt very unreasonable and money-driven. To make matters worse, a receptionist named Ali called our room three times within 10 minutes while we were trying to eat. We felt pressured and uncomfortable, and eventually had to leave because we were told we would be charged for an additional night if my friend remained. Customer service at this hotel was extremely poor. There was no mini fridge in the room to store food or water, which is especially inconvenient during hot weather. The shower and toilet sink faucet was broken, and there were many mosquitoes in the room. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

    I would highly recomenned this hote to all my fellow travellers.location is exceptional,breakfast ws osm even the staff was v cordial n helpful.they helped us with early chek-in n late check out!!room was clean but a lilttle small i would say..but tht ok.owing to the location n price..eateries,markets n toursit spots were nearby!!guys u can go for it without even having second thoughts!!

    This is one of the worst hotel in which our family had stayed. We have been avid traveller family and chose this hotel because of its nizami location and 4 star status. However, to our utmost disappointment, this hotel is not even worthy of being 2 stars. Our first nightmare started wherein they refused to allow check in since according to them it was not appearing in their system. This kept on going on for more than 1 hour. While we tried to contact agoda but apparently they were trying to contact hotel management. It was after our local guide interferes wherein they allowed checkin subject to deposit of 300 manat. Just imagine the mental agony and pain through which we had gone through during this time. Reportedly, since the duty time of hotel service manager (Ms. Sabina) was getting over she went home and then checked the status. Our local guide took us to Deniz mall after check in and during the way agoda sent us the message that hotel found booking. All this episode took 1 hour 30 minutes. On the top if it when we returned hotel the desk manager (reportedly Mr. Chingis) left no stone unturned to misbehave with us. Please be careful while booking this hotel and do not get overwhelmed with nizami location.
