We had an amazing stay at Shiamis Modern House. The apartment is brand new, perfectly clean, and very comfortable. The hosts had prepared coffee and snacks for us, which was a really thoughtful touch. They also arranged early check‑in and a much later check‑out, which we truly appreciated. The owner is extremely kind, responsive, and reliable. We highly recommend this place!

Communication with owner was great, even if we came earlier then check-in time, it was not problem to come there. In apartment was everything what we need and even more! Parking place is right next to apartment. Even if location is not far from city center and seaside, neighborhood si quiet here. When we asked owner about tip for a place where we can have best MEZE, they recomend us place, which was great.

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness to the amenities provided. The location in Kato Paphos is ideal for walks and relaxation. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and for the lovely welcome treat featuring local Cypriot products
