Facilities were perfect for our stay. Reception was good and showed us the place to stay and was ready to help however possible. Amicable staff and flexible.

Lots of space, ample amenities (bathroom with washing machine, kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster), and a great view.
I prefer to communicate in English, that didn't go very smoothly, but I managed in German.

Nice clean rooms, good kitchen with dishes. Free car parking. Supermarket nearby.
The last road to the hotel is a bit steep which is normal of the region, but its best to reach in daylight when reaching their for the first time.

Superb
Thomas ,the owner was a wonderful host. He along with his father went an extra mile to facilitate us . Thomas came all the way to innsbruck statiin to pick us up late at night. The place is very cosy place. Loved the view and quite neighbourhood.
You need to be well conversant with how to travel to that place from innsbruck , need to plan properly.

The location of the apartment is so amazing with a great view. Apartment was so clean and in good condition. The host Thomas was a very helping and nice person. He gave us a couple of nice places around and turned out very nice.
