The proximity to the venue.
The foul smell from the floor drains of the comfort rooms..

It was a good stay, there are some concerns:
- some small cockroaches
- the AC is making weird noise/sound with some some water dripping
We are not there the whole day, only at night for sleeping as we are attending the conference day time until 10pm.
Those some minor issues and the parking is very expensive.

There was a weird smell when you open the door after the guest came back from their event. Must be due to lack of ventilation
