Owner met us up in lobby and was very nice. Property location was good. Good space for 3 people.
There was a funny mold smell we noticed upon entering. Later I found it was coming from under the kitchen sink. That needs to be looked at and addressed.

Our stay was memorable, very please to stay here the location was perfect just go outside and mostly the land mark around the building,walking to MOA mall.
Place was clean and tidy our room was complete of anything you need was provided.
Thank you to our host who was one call and he responded.
Overall highly recommended.
I would love to stay here again doon when we back in Philippines.
