We booked 2 rooms there beds were very comfy , rooms and toilets were clean and elevator is also available that is plus point . Staff was very helpful and nice.

No breakfast option available but you can order food anytime through uber eats app.

A great safe place especially for solo female travellers.jerill John spoke v good English and was extremely kind and welcoming.i thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.great location with houses of doctors engineers all around.posh locality in columbo where educated people reside.close to everything.pettah market around 2km from here.same as Galle road and one face galle mall

The washroom had a bad odour. The Muslim shower had a wild strong pressure which resulted in splashing water all over.also v sensitive to the body parts.so this needs urgent attention.deep cleaning with antibacterial solutions to line the bathroom walls and toilets is important

-Quiet area -Very clean, modern, and felt like new -Friendly and helpful doorman -Good AC (in room 5 after moving)

-More like serviced apartments than a traditional hotel (only 2 floors), so it felt quite quiet and a bit isolating as a solo traveller -Entry is controlled by a doorman, so you need to be let in and out each time rather than coming and going freely -Despite being the only guest, I could still hear noise from downstairs soundproofing could be better -AC in room 3 wasn’t working well, though I was moved to room 5 -Room 5 window faced a wall -Overall felt slightly overpriced for what you get, especially compared to other hotels nearby with more facilities (like pools/views)

It is a brand new facility and very clean!

It is remotely located. It has a very narrow reception and no view whatsoever, away from basic facilities, shops, etc.
