The homestay was far away from tourist areas, the room was at the end of the ground floor, walking through the kitchen, with the bathroom outside the glass doors in a big area where sunshine comes in, and I can hang washed clothes on the 2chairs there...the room has huge space with a fan and air conditioning, a big bed, closet, desk and side tables. The owner was very warm and welcoming, easy to rent a motorbike from.

It took a half hour to drive to Da Nang, but I knew that beforehand and didn't mind the drive at all.

Such a beautiful and kind family. I loved my room and they helped me so much. I really loved my stay here and took a Grab to get to and from places.

The family of the host were very kind and helpful, (specially the lady mom),the quietness of the house was great,the level of privacy was good,WiFi speed was good,the social interacting with family was enjoyable,the communication with the host was reliable and fast,

On a personal level, the host was exceptionally kind, generous, and accommodating, even providing a bicycle to assist me during my stay. However, there are significant logistical discrepancies between the online listing description and the actual physical reality of the location.Geographical Clarification: The listing notes a 12 km distance to the "center." While this might look convenient on a map zoom tool, the property is actually isolated within a quiet, remote rural village. According to hired Grab Bike telemetry logs, the actual distance to the nearest functional urban hub is 20.3 km.Local Infrastructure: Potential guests looking for dining options should be aware that the surrounding local village stands strictly sell beverages. For actual groceries and meals, I needed to travel 5.7 km to the nearest WinMart supermarket, which I tracked via telemetry.Bedding Comfort: The bedding provided was extremely firm, utilizing highly compressed insulation materials rather than a standard soft mattress structure.I have fully documented this journey through video and telemetry logs to keep for my records. While this property is beautiful if you are looking for a quiet countryside escape to calm the soul, it is completely unsuitable for a standard beach or city holiday. I highly recommend the host update their listing metrics to match the true rural geography so that future expectations are accurately met.
