Nice sized, clean room, beautiful view of the beach. Staff refused our free breakfast even with the Expedia confirmation stating it was included. It ended up being crappy anyhow.

I have just returned to Da Nang after a few months visiting my family in the USA. I needed to stay in a hotel for a few days until an apartment I want to rent is available.
I like this area of Da Nang near the beach and I was very pleased to find this hotel on Expedia at a very good off-season price.
Because the hotel is new it is in very good condition. The rooms are bright and large and the rooms at the front have a stunning sea view.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
The hotel is in a rapidly developing beachside area and there are many excellent restaurants in walking distance from the traditional Quan Hai San seafood stalls to more western type of restaurants. The hotel is only 30 minutes from Hoi An and there are always lots of taxis available to take you where you want to go.
There is also parking for motorbikes in the basement.
Once this hotel gets known it will not be so inexpensive. Take advantage of the low season prices now!

This is a quiet little hotel just one block off the main beach. It has the feel of a family type establishment and everyone gives service with a smile. English ability varies but I never had trouble being understood. Things were very quiet at the time of my stay and I was still treated as the only guest, which is probably what I was most of the time. The beach is a two minute walk and there are endless little restaurants all around the hotel.
