    I stayed at Blue S Hotel for a few days and had a pleasant experience. The family room was still quite new, comfortable, and modern. The receptionist boys were friendly, welcoming and did their best to help with my requests, and there’s lots of nice cafes and stalls nearby, and a gym next door. I was fortunate to receive a room upgrade, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel offered good value for the price, and I would consider staying here again when visiting Da Nang.

    The staff are quick to address any concerns regarding booking and they offered a quick solution and made the stay pleasant and enjoyable for me. The location is perfect with close proximity to the beach and several options for food may it be local and international offerings.

    I wouldn’t usually leave a review as I have stayed in many hostels and understand that pay cheap = get cheap, however this place was just ridiculous. The dorm is in the underground/garage of the hotel, with the bathroom being shared with local street vendors. There are six beds, with some having windows which open straight onto an alleyway that stunk of rotting food and sewage. The smell was unbearable and I checked out after half an hour despite booking for 5 nights. Found black hairs in the bed, dirty used cotton buds down the side of the window sill. Staff were as helpful as they could be however couldn’t offer any sort of refund, which I can understand as it non-refundable rate but still slightly frustrating. As a solo female traveller, I did not feel safe here and wouldn’t recommend PLEASE AVOID😔
