D2 Villa

I liked the family hosting a lot, the woman who did everything was so lovely and helpful. They brought me cutlery and a plate for the fruit I bought. The whole place is really clean and there's a nice place to sit outside and hot water. The atmosphere is lovely and you can tell the people running this place really care to make you comfy.

The main thing was safety - there is no bolt on the door (only on one half) and the key is a blank. So there is nothing meaningfully securing you from the street as this room is a standalone building at ground level. For a woman on her own this made me v vigilant which with it also being a noisy place meant the two nights I slept here were moreorless sleepless. Lots of waking at small noises. There is no mosquito net so you either sleep with shut windows in the heat or open them and risk being bitten. Basically if you are a couple or a man alone this is a great deal but if you are a woman alone and a bit paranoid like me you might be more comfortable elsewhere.

L’accoglienza Una famiglia gentile e disponibile che ci ha accolto con del succo di anguria fresco. La casa era moderna, il bagno un vero lusso rispetto alle altre strutture visitate, ottima copertura del wi fi, veramente impeccabili soprattutto considerando che abbiamo pagato pochissimo
