It’s fairly near the center and a road lined with restaurants and cafes along the canal, but the street it’s on is fairly quiet. The owners are nice people, not much English but Google Translate will smooth over any bumps. Not fancy but it’s very comfortable and convenient.
The only negative thing was some morning air pollution on some days, which was out of their control obviously, and only a single bed covering that was a bit insufficient one very cool night. I put on a sweater and was fine, but if I’d been staying longer I’d have asked for a second one.
