I can highly recommend staying here. The hosts are so friendly and helpful. They went out their way to help us with arriving late (3am) and sorting out a motorbike rental. The room itself is also nice, clean, and in a good location.
The only negative was that the WiFi didn’t work in the room, however, perhaps this could have been fixed; I never asked so that’s my fault.

What appealed to me most was the proximity of the location to the beach, its convenience to everything, and the exceptionally opulent rooms. We appreciated the cooking facilities and readily available water. The individual responsible for attending to the guest house was incredibly amiable and remarkable. Furthermore, they provide complimentary parking for motorcycles and, I believe, compact cars. There's also a beach just across the way where you can take a swift dip or linger for an extended beach experience. However, exercise caution due to the jagged rocks, alright? There's also some litter strewn along the beach, but the water is pristine, crystal-clear, and inviting. You can also utilize your rented motorcycle to travel to Sugar Beach and other nearby eateries. The guest house itself is exceptionally clean, meticulously maintained, and features attractive fittings. Within the room, there's also a sizable refrigerator available for communal use, particularly if you have perishable items to store for cooking. Essentially, you can comfortably extend your stay here beyond a single night. The restroom is also impeccably clean. What you observe in the images is precisely what you receive. Additionally, there's a hot water shower available, and you can suspend your damp garments outside the room to dry.
Essentially, I didn't perceive anything as alluring to me then; everything was flawless. We observed our Valentine's excursion with my spouse, and she adored the locale; strongly endorsed.

It's much better to stay in the area near the ruins than Santa Fe. That street along the sea is quite lovely and also close to Paradise Beach. The room is very spacious and clean. My hot water didn't work the first night, but by the second night the water heater was replaced and the shower was lovely. Being able to refill drinking water any time makes a huge difference! The caretakers (and their dog) are so sweet! Really lovely and always ready to help with anything. They picked me up from first accommodation in Santa Fe before checking in and dropped me off at the airport when I left. I had a flat tyre on the bicycle that I rented from Santa Fe, and they drove me and the bicycle to the rental place.
This location has so much potential, but unfortunately things were ruined a bit by the neighbours. It's next to a very big and noisy household who seem to be talking loudly outside all times. They blasted horrendously loud music the first night I was there - imagine noise level in a club, but outdoors! And early at 6am their kid would play basketball right in front of the house waking you up. Plus another household that had karaoke on until early hours. There are also roosters and dogs on either sides of the building. Yes, it's a common issue in the rural Philippines, but having them right next to you doesn't help. The road is so much quieter than in Santa Fe though so motorbike noises weren't an issue for me at night. But still I feel like I couldn't sleep well for 3 nights. The Internet was awful at night and pretty much non-existent in my room. I had to go out on the terrace to use the Internet now and then. I could connect to it with my phone but couldn't with my laptop at all. The mattress also weirdly has a plastic cover on, which makes it really uncomfortable to lie on.
