Threshershack Inn

I stayed for 3 nights and it ended up being one of my most memorable hostel stays in the Philippines. Really good rate to extend in person. They provide filtered drinking water and hot water to make your own coffee. Nice to not have to worry about waking anyone up for diving early because we all were going. I really liked hanging out with the dive staff there in my down time!! Gary and VP are thresher shark experts and have done a lot for conservation efforts on the island. Also shout out to Rafi for showing me local food options- I won’t ever forget almost dying from being over zealous with those chili peppers.😄

Not that I didn’t like it per se but some considerations. Dorm is very very basic with a fan and it could get hot. Bathroom and common area space is what it is- think concrete, cold water. All fine with me but could be an adjustment for some as it is kind of raw. Again, one of my most memorable hostel experiences though.

We had a wonderful stay here. The resort is incredibly clean, quiet, and peaceful—the perfect place to truly relax and unwind. Our room was spacious and came with a great hot and cold shower. Plus, the location is highly accessible and easy to get to. To top it all off, the resort is a fantastic spot to watch the sunset. Highly recommended if you're looking for a relaxing getaway!

Incredible lovely staf and great location

The dorms are cosy but basic, and I had a dorm without bathrooms so you have to use the ones of the dive center.

Great location close to port and a lot of dive shops. Dorms had nice colourful feel.

Dorm was unbearably hot. Even with big fan on was super uncomfortable. Limited plug sockets so hard choice between using fan or charging things. Downstairs is dive shop which you share the 1 toilet and shower with. Had a vibe of being unwelcome there and there was no other space to chill in.
