The location is excellent, with a lot of nice shops around. The apartment is spacious and well-decorated with a lot of small amenities that made it easier to travel as a family without planning even if I didn't need them (washer/dryer/dishwasher/kitchenware etc). Michael was very easy to communicate with and fast at replying. The bed was comfortable and it's in a nice area with a park nearby. Note to pay attention to the apartment - they are similar doors with the same name but only one is correct!
We asked for a little earlier check in so I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, but the towels were still damp (when we took them for our evening shower), and there were dirty cleaning towels left on the counter and some major stains on a chair, the bed sheets, and crumbs on the floor. I noted a few of these things for Michael, but not all but I did take photos. I recommend ensuring your cleaning person is much more detailed/thorough. The curtains do not block out all the light either.
