The appartment is very centrally located, with parking, easy to access and a very nice view from the 6th floor, including a nice balcony. It was easy to get the key from the box. The appartment is spacious, with 2 double bedrooms with airconditioning, a kitchen and dining room open space area connected with the living room with the TV and airconditioning. It was modern with good infrastructure and clean. The bathroom was also good enough (although a bit small). The host was excellent. 2 small bottles of water were provided free of charge. The appartment is located on the 6th floor and it was cool at night (also lucky with the weather) and opening the bathroom and room windows created a nice drought/air current that kept the appartment cool.

The only thing that I can mention is to install a Japanese/Arab-style faucet in the toilet (as there is no bidet), although I didn't check whether the shower phone was long enough to reach the toilet.

Квартира просто шикарная! Удобная, современная, район очень удобный, везде пешком. Ну а вид конечно на миллион долларов. Мы открыли для себя Никосию совершенно с другой стороны, и в квартире чувствовали себя как дома, из которого не хочется уезжать. Хозяин был очень внимательным и вернул нам забытую в квартире вещь. Еще понравилось что подъезд очень чистый. И что рядом много интересных и вкусных локаций.
