Very large apartment in a convenient location for all the areas of Nicosia we wanted to visit. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Easy to access, secure parking on site, lift to 3rd floor was helpful with our luggage.

The apartment is spacious, clean and refurbished to modern standards.
The spacious balcony is practically unusable as it is overlooked by a massive old apartment block which is 10m away blocking views and overlooked by all their apartments. The building is really old (50 years old) and the common areas very tired. This should be mentioned in the details and photos shown. The instructions for the keys were out of date and nobody answered the phone when I called. I eventually found the room keys but the parking space remote was missing. A replacement fob was issued the following day. The main toilet didn't flash and the ensuite was really smelly. The hosts sent plumbers to fix both issues the following day.

Spacious, very clean flat in a perfect location near Nicosia city center. Comfortable room and a wonderfully welcoming host. Recommended!
