The property was clean, had everything I needed for my three night stay and it was close to restaurants and cafes.

It was very clean & the location was good. The little interaction we had with the property workers was positive

The front door was partly rotted & broke down. They replaced it so I will give them credit for taking care of it

The apartment is very well located in a beautiful side street to the very picturesque Shepherd's market. It is 5 min walk to the Green Park tube station and, even better, to the beautiful park. That is a real treat if you are looking for a place to run in the morning or stroll in the afternoon. The apartment is also fairly spacious for London standards and has a little kitchen which allows for preparing smaller meals in house.

Make sure that you arrive during the established working hours, if you arrive later as 8pm, you will be asked to pay 50GBP in cash to the hosts. You will also have to say exactly when you arrive as the host will wait for you at the set hour to hand over the keys. This is nice and personal, but that sort of exact planing is not always easy. The apartment is reasonably well equipped, but you should be aware that the bed is a sofa bed, i.e. not a "proper" bed. I slept reasonably well, but there are more comfortable beds out there. The WIFI was not reliable and I was one evening fully without. It came back the next morning though. Overall, the place is too expensive for what it offers. It is a basic apartment in a nice part of the town.
