From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The property is brand new, beautifully designed, and has one of the most breathtaking views in Hunza. The rooms were spotless, modern, spacious, and honestly felt like a luxury 5-star hotel experience. A very special thank you to the manager, Tanveer, who made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. His hospitality, professionalism, and attention to guests truly stood out. Also, a huge appreciation to Wajid from the front office staff — extremely welcoming, helpful, and always available with a smile. They both made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. One of the highlights of the evening was the local music and traditional dance performance, where guests were invited to participate. It created such a warm and memorable atmosphere and made the experience feel unique and authentic to Hunza. The entire hotel has a very high-end feel, from the décor and cleanliness to the service and overall ambiance. Everything was handled professionally, and every request was answered quickly. Without a doubt, this is the best place to stay if you are looking for a premium, high-value experience in Hunza. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended.
