Brilliant location for where we wanted to be. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Great for accessibility as we had someone with access needs. Apartment was clean and tidy. Would come back again.

Needed more towels, only 3 provided for 4 people. No bath mat and a full length mirror would be helpful

Well located and the views from the apartment were really lovely especially looking over the city and into the peaks. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were exceptionally clean.

There were just a few slight inconveniences- nothing major but there was only one towel per guest, no bath mats, no hand towels, no tea towel or oven glove (so I had to use my one towel for the shower to take a tray out of the oven) and there’s no full length mirror. Whilst the apartment had clearly been well cleaned - a slight inattention to detail meant I found a plate of somebody else’s half eaten chicken and rice in the microwave. Again not major the rest of the kitchen was spotless but just slightly inconvenient. Some really simple fixes and the stay would have been perfect!

Very clean property and good amenities. The hosts are very helpful and nice.

Very modern, peaceful and clean. Comfortable parking. Nice city view. The kids enjoyed the stay.

A few things to support longer stays and bigger families could be added to improve the experience e.g hoover, washing powder/liquid for clothes, antibacterial hand-wash, shower soap was empty in one of the bathrooms but not an issue for us. The host is very nice and no doubt he would supply these if requested e.g he gave us more towels when we asked for it.
