Fun & Affordable Beach Pad, Steps from the Sand

The room, bathroom and kitchenette are well equipped for self-catering. Bedlinen, towels and pillows were fresh and clean. A coffee plunger would be a nice addition. The location is debatable... because it is a minute away from the beach for ocean/beach activities, but quite far away from the town area where the shops and (other) restaurants are. There is a pub/restaurant at the beach entrance if your stay is for the ocean fun only ;-) The local (weekend only) market with lots of quality food stalls was wonderful fun! Note that almost every restaurant in town are closed on Sundays in Sedgefield.

Maybe a timeous warning (e.g. after the primary booking confirmation) that the gate access code changes weekly. Information was sent by email on the morning we left (who checks email on a holiday trip the minute you leave ;-) - so we would've been trapped inside the complex if we didn't leave during working hours of the staff who thus let us out!
